Technology specification

It is delivered as cold-rolled and coil, and is used to make electromagnetic elements of compressor, small motor, etc.. Customers should first punching the sheet, then decarburizing and annealing, bluing, and eventually use it with lamination. It has low iron loss, good electromagnetic, low cost and was energy-efficient and environment-friend. After annealing by the customer, its typical electromagnetic value is iron loss 3.5-5.0W/kg, magnetic induction ≥1.72T.

Technical assurance of the key process
1.Use HMPT—BOF process to produce low-S hot metal;
2. Oxygen and temperature control of the hot metal from BOF;
3. Deoxygenating and aluminum alloying (high acid-soluble aluminum) control in RH;
4. [O],[N] and inclusion control in hot metal;
5.CSP continuous casting parameters (shrouded casting, casting speed and cooling system) define;
6. Hot rolling schedule and temperature control during rolling;
7. Roller gap and gauge reduction control during hot rolling;
8. Surface quality control, especially the control of scale and other defects;
9. Reduction distribution control in cold rolling;
10. Adopt roll shift, roll bending and convex roll;
